By using this website you agree to accept these terms and conditions as well as our use of cookies. No part of this website may be reproduced without prior agreement from Loz Harrop Lures by Carl.

 

DELIVERY

I aim to ship your order the next working day.  However Royal Mail during COVID restrictions has a limited 2 hr time slot to drop off at our sorting office so if you have  ordered more than 2 lures this is the way your package will be sent.  So please bear this in mind when expecting delivery. You will get a confirmation email once its posted. 

The way we ship your order:

UK Flat rate and free shipping  to UK addresses is via Royal Mail 1st Class up to 2 lures.

UK First Class Signed For is Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery before 1:00pm (Tuesday to Friday only) and needs to be signed for. Please remember to order before 7am for next day delivery.

UK 48 hour tracked 3+ lures.


Orders for The Netherlands will be sent via Royal Mail either 1st Class or International Tracked and Signed depending on the size.

Republic of Ireland postage is Royal Mail International Standard and delivery aim is 3 to 5 working days.

Depending on which delivery you selected orders may be delivered in separate  packages.

Please ignore the weights given when calculating postage.


All claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 working days from us dispatching your order.

Please contact me if delivery to your location is not available at checkout.



SPECIFICATIONS

I do my best to ensure accuracy of information such as weights and colours but these are not guaranteed and patterns may change slightly depending how Carl felt when he painted the lures.

 

QUALITY

All items are hand made by myself to the highest standard achievable however there may be slight over spray on the paintwork and/or minor blemishes in the epoxy coating. Where I deem over spray and or epoxy coating blemishes excessive the item will be offered at a discounted price under the "Lures with Character" category.


STOCK

The website shows our current stock and only items in stock are available for ordering, should any errors occur I will contact you ASAP. 

 

PRICES and VAT

All prices are in £ Sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

 

ORDERING

Registering is not compulsory doing so will enable you to keep a "Wish List", sign up to the newsletter and complete orders faster. Your order confirmation email is confirmation we have received your order, your order despatch email is confirmation your order has been accepted.

 

RETURNS

Under the "The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013" you have the right to cancel your order and we will accept cancellations up to 30 days from the day the order was delivered to your requested delivery address, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods if you wish to return them.

Moulds are made to order and as such are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.

Any items returned due to change of mind must be unused and in the same condition as received. return postage costs to us is at your own cost.  upon inspection of the returned lure, & if acceptable, your refund will be processed but the original postal fee to you will be deducted.

Return postage will only be refunded for damaged or faulty items and will be based on the cheapest delivery method available, any cost of premium postal services is non-refundable. 

For items listed as "Lures with Character" the stated condition with the product cannot be classed as a fault if the product is returned.

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way please contact me within 14 days of receipt.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For overseas orders any duties or taxes due are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the purchaser who is responsible for all return postage costs.
